The day we were going to leave the hospital Emma had a slight case of Jaundice. I say slight case because apparently she was right on the border of "normal" and "jaundice", so nothing too big to worry about, but all day Sunday (starting at 6:00 am that morning) she had to lay under the lights. So, we thought we would be there another night. The Doctor came in later that morning and told us if we wanted to we could go home, but we would need to have her under the lights at home. We decided to go home, I had had enough of the hospital, so we prepared to go home.
I love this picture! Emma looks so comfortable and warm all spread out with her arms up and her legs crossed. I think she is going to be like her mom and dad who enjoy the laying on the beach in the warm sun!
