So over the 4th of July weekend we headed camping for the first time with the girls. Well..tent camping. We have stayed in the RV with my parents, but that is a lot different.
We headed to Jackson Lake on the 4th after the parade in our neighborhood. We wanted to go to a lake so we could boat and enjoy swimming in the water. The girls love swimming! Also, Jackson Lake is not that far to travel, about an hour and a half. It was a great place and a great lake. It was warm and never seemed too busy on the water.
Of course we enjoyed S'mores!
Essence and Jamie joined us. She had a lot of fun on the boat and tubing for the first time.

Josh got up on water skis after many years of not doing it. He did great.
Jeremy, Laurie and Hope also joined us.
Josh's friend Chad, Veronica, and his kids join us as well.

The boat is where the girls napped on this trip. As soon as they got on the boat it seemed that they fell asleep!
We such a great time with friends and family! Thanks Jamie, Essence, Jeremy, Laurie, Hope, Chad, Veronica, Josiah, and Isaac for such a great time. The girls had a blast and we will (hopefully) have one more camping trip before the summer is over.
