Party Time!

A bit late with Kaylee's party pictures. I don't have a lot, so I got some from my friend but they are on Shutterfly and I am having a hard time getting them to post on the blog....anyway, so we have a few. But I have no pics of her eating her cake. Maybe I can keep trying and add those pics later when I have more patience and time to mess around with them. We has a wonderful time celebrating Kaylee's first birthday with family and friends. She had a fun time opening presents....but I think enjoyed the balloons more! Also, loved she loved her cake

Kaylee wasn't sure what to do with the presents but she had lots of help and by the end she was starting to open them.

Fun Around the House!

We have spending most of our time around the house the past couple of weeks. My maternity leave has come to an end so I have been trying to get things done around here before going back to work! Everyone is great. Kaylee is almost one and is into everything! It is so fun to watch her discover the world around her. She is all over the place and so tickled by everything she discovers! This is how I found her one day. I was in the kitchen and things were just a bit too quiet...so I went to check on her. I was busy with Mallory and didn't get the tissue away from her...well in the bottom picture you can see the box is empty! Fun times!

Emma is old enough now that she will sit and enjoy a few shows on Nick Jr. that keeps her attention. Now that she is only doing one nap a day this seems to be her quiet time in the late morning while Kaylee takes her morning nap....giving me a bit of time to get a couple things done. This is her watching Franklin--so comfy!

Mallory is just great. She is eating great and growing---just look at her cheeks!

Emma has been into her blocks lately. She likes to build them and then (of course) knock them down. There is a very quick clip below of her showing off her building skills.

Sleepy Emma!

Discovered a new cupboard. I am not sure what she was doing, but she was on the bottom and putting all these things on top of her???? Who Knows???

A couple of quick videos. Kaylee was having such a fun time with this pan...I just LOVE her laugh. I captured just a bit. The second is Emma building with her blocks. The video is side ways though...It is very short and didn't feel like taking the time to fix it so it was the right way, just turn your head side ways!
