On Saturday morning we woke up to several inches of snow! It was the first snow for this season. It continued to snow throughout the day--- Emma was so excited for the snow!
So we headed out to play for a bit. Kaylee and Mallory didn't last too long, but Emma and Josh built her very first snowman! She was so happy about it!
Not sure how Mallory liked the snow....her hat kept sliding down and covering her face. This was the best pic I could get.
Kaylee liked the snow, but hated to be cold! She kept taking her glove off and picking up snow--SO her hand got VERY cold....then she started crying. She didn't last long outside!
Emma loved being outside! She would have stayed out there all day if we had let her!
Finished Snowman! He was as big as Emma. Not a great picture, I took it from the house on my phone....so no zoom! Oh well!
After crying for about 10 min. because of her cold hands this was Kaylee trying to warm up after we were outside for no more then 10 minutes!
What a fun time! Can't wait for more snow!
Oh--and poor snowman has completely melted as of today! Everyday Emma would say "Oh no...my snowman...my snowman melt!!!" and we would have to explain that the sun melts it. Today she went over and said "oh no...snowman's arms" (that was all that was left, the twigs we used for arms). She was so sad he was gone...until the next snow!
