Number Two!

Right after our vacation our little Malla-Boo turned two! I cannot even believe that!

She is growing up too quick!  

A little about her these days...

-She is strong willed and can hold her own.  She may be the youngest,

 but she knows how to handle herself.

   -She is potty-trained! Which makes this mama very happy!! (no more diapers...except at nighttime)

   -She can say (almost) all of her ABCs and count up to 10

(although gets a little mixed up after 5, she says them all)

   -Speaks in sentences and says a million words! I am still impressed with how much she says.

   -Loves to still snuggle with me

   -Is a a Daddy's girl and loves to snuggle with Josh and eat off his plate!

-Graduated up to Ms. Marilyn's classroom at daycare and is learning so much from her.

To celebrate her special day we had a birthday here at the house with family and friends. It was a great day! Mallory loves Elmo...so that was our theme for the day. I planned a "taco and burrito bar"(think chipotle or quidoba).

Vacation---Part two....North Carolina!

After about a week in Maine, we headed to North Carolina to see Josh's sister.  She had baby Dyllan last June and we hadn't seen her yet.  We had so much fun doing things together and just "doing life" together. 

First up...the park!  Our first full day with Rachael and Dyllan and what better way to spend time with toddlers, but at the park!  They had a blast and we could have stayed there all day.

Next up....BBQ with a few friends.  Mike and Suzan used to live her and he was Josh's best man when we got married.  They moved a few years back. So we got to spend time with them as well.

Oh how we wished Dyllan and the girls lived closer together! We had so much fun and thanks to Rachael and Adam for having us!!
