Adoption Day!

Today we all got up very early and headed to the Denver Justice Center to finalize Kaylee's adoption. She has been a part of us and our family since day one, but now it is "official"---she is ours FOREVER! :) Here we are in the courtroom answering questions for the judge.

Our Little Pumpkin!

Saturday night we headed to the Monster Mash at my school, so we dressed up! Kaylee was a pumpkin and Emma was a witch....minus the hat and broom. Isn't she the cutest pumpkin you've ever seen?

Josh got into the spirit as well. He has a pencil sticking out of his forehead! He got a lot of attention from the elementary kiddos. It did look pretty real!

Big-Girl Bed!

Emma started sleeping in her twin bed on Thursday night! She did great. She slept all night and never got out until the next morning when she called for us (like normal) and she waited until we came to get her up. She has done well with all her naps as well. This was how I found her after nap on Saturday. Just relaxing and lounging!

This was the first night. See the pumpkin? She wouldn't go to bed without it. There are actually two pumpkins and they were with her the whole night. Too funny!

Mallory's First Photo Shoot!

Our wonderful family friend Kathy (KD Photography) took pictures for us once again! She is so great to us in helping to capture our girls as they grow up. SO---here are Mallory's first pictures from Kathy. These are a few of my favorites--by a few I mean like 27 :)
