OK...almost done with the updates. I found a few more pictures. We got out the paints recently and made some great works of art.

The girls also had "school pictures" recently so here are how they turned out.  Not too bad. I love that they do a siblings picture as well. Emma does not look the best, but it is the best picture I have of them all together right now.  Sorry quality doesn't look too great...I just took pics of the pics to put on here.

We had the book fair at our school this week so the girls got a couple of new books. Emma enjoying them...not looking too happy.
I came across this picture from a month or so ago. Emma's first puzzle that she did ALL BY HERSELF!!! Usually I have to sit with her, but she did this all alone! Look how proud she is!  She said "I did it all by myself, and I didn't get mad!!!" (we always have to tell her to try another piece and not to get mad when it doesn't work....she tends to get very frustrated!)

Teacher Appreciation Week

Josh and I have been so amazed at what our girls have been learning at school (daycare....). We call it school because Emma is in a preschool program and even Kaylee and Mallory's rooms have a "curriculum" that they follow! I can't believe what they do and learn every day and they are so young! We LOVE our school so much and the wonderful ladies who teach, love, and nurture our girls.  They are selfless ladies who do this job because they LOVE children! I know they are doing a great job because our girls love to go to school everyday (well most days!) and love their teachers Ms. Cheri, Ms. Marilyn, and Ms. Lindsay. Of course there are many other helpers and teacher's assistants that help but these are their main teachers.  SO--This week was all about letting them know how much we appreciate and love them!
I found a great idea on Pinterest (I am slightly addicted...like so many others!). I found this great teacher appreciation idea. I loved how they could get a little something each day and it wouldn't break the bank!
SO.......

Monday: Sweets for the sweet!
I made some yummy scotcheroos!
Tuesday: Proceed with Caution; this bag contains energy!
This bag had a coke and a power bar
Wednesday: You were Mint to teach!
They got a pack of mint gum
Thursday: Orange you glad you're the Apple of my eye?
....and of course they got an apple and an orange
Friday: A card and some hand cream...no picture!

Pizza Night!

So the other night for dinner we made some pizza! We did mini individual pizzas. So easy...I will have to do this more often. The girls did great! and Mallory was a good food tester!

1. Prepare dough (mama did that!)
2. Spread sauce on dough
 3. Put on cheese and turkey pepperoni (yes Emma is sneaking a little taste!)
Mallory trying out some cheese and pepperoni!
 4. Bake and enjoy!!!
I think Emma and Kaylee both made three pizzas each. We had eight all together. Enough for dinner and my lunch the next day! I still have enough sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to do it again. What a fun and afforable dinner and the girls love to help me cook and bake in the kitchen!

YUMMY!
They are such great little people! Aren't they?!?!?!

Magnificent Mallory!

Mallory is almost 20 months old!  I cannot believe this! She is quite the girl who knows what she wants!
Here are some things she is up to lately:

-She is sitting at the "big" table for dinner...no more tray on her booster!
-Can help dress herself...not very well but she knows where everything goes.
-She loves to run and climb (on everything!)
-Is getting long enough hair for me to "do"...now I have three heads to make pretty!
-Is talking and repeating every thing. Not always clear...but wow I am impressed by how much she says.
-LOVES her sisters!
-LOVES salad with Ranch dressing
-Has a mouth full of teeth! Which back in December I think she had like 4....been a busy few months with teeth..and I never even knew when she was getting them! She is a tough cookie after living with all those ear infections I guess.
-Has a great giggle and loves to snuggle with her Mommy!
-Is a bit of a Mama's girl right now...but definetely loves her Daddy (and her Ms. Lindsay at school).
-Looks like Josh!
-Loves to help pick up toys and put trash in the trash can.

No she is not potty trained yet (nor are we working on that!) but she knows what is all about and will take herself sometimes.  When she is just a bit older...I think she will be easy to potty train!  We will see!
I came across this picture of her napping in the window seat up in the mountains and Pamela and Buck's house.  She put herself there and decided it was time for a short nap. No better place then here in the sunlight! Heaven! She is so cute!

EASTER!

We had such a fun Easter! Holidays are getting to be so much fun now that the girls are getting older and understanding! We started off with egg dying. This was fun and Mallory's hands were orange all night!
Kaylee kept careful eye on the ones that she was in charge of!
Mallory was content and happy with her one color!

Hope and my mom helped out!

Grandpa Buck and Mallory got "stickered" by Kaylee...too funny!
 Easter morning!
So I started waking up at almost 8:00....which is sleeping in....Late for us! I started to wonder???? So I got up and found Emma already up and had found a bunch of eggs and emptied them into the baskets (at least she shared and put some in her sisters' baskets I guess). SO---her and I quickly re-hid a bunch and then got her sisters up. They were so cute finding the eggs and Mallory quickly caught on and joined in.

 AHHHH....a quick smooch from Daddy!

Then we headed to church! After the service we headed outside for the kids egg hunt!

After the hunt we headed back inside for a BBQ! What a great morning of fun, worship, celebration, and fellowship.  We were home by 1:00....just in time for naps before the rest of our day continued!

We headed out to Chad and Tanya's house and had another egg hunt with cousins and then some more food! What a great time with family!
